Apprenticeship Week was marked by the hospitality industry with a showcase event in Parliament where local MPs got to meet apprentices and employers in their constituencies.
Fullers has a great track record of supporting and promoting apprenticeships and individual apprentices and it was great to meet Eloise who is the Deputy Manager at The Mayfly just outside Stockbridge.
There was also some great information about the work Fullers is doing to minimise food waste in their pubs, and some incredible chocolate truffles on offer to prove that ingredients that might otherwise have gone to waste can be turned into something delicious.
