This month has been Catch the Bus Month and I was pleased to be able to catch up with Andy Shaw, the Operations Manager of Blue Star to talk about their environmentally friendly fleet and the services being operated in this constituency.
Catch The Bus Month is organised by Bus Users UK, and is aimed at getting more people using buses, thereby helping with climate change and air quality, economic growth, reducing congestion and reducing social exclusion. As a relatively cheap form of transport, buses are also important in helping people with their cost of living.
