Last week I was delighted to welcome Mims Davies, Minister for Social Mobility and Employment, to Southampton University to co-host an event on menopause in the workplace.
The event was inspired by Kimberley from the Romsey Advertiser who is working hard to encourage businesses to adopt menopause friendly policies.
It was great to catch up with business leaders, legal experts, representatives of local authorities, scientists from the University, alongside the Government’s menopause employment champion, to discuss what more we can all do to make sure perimenopausal and menopausal women are not lost from the workplace.
