The publication of the Women and Equalities Committee report into menopause and the workplace has been very well received. Last week it gave me the opportunity to visit Scania at Milton Keynes as part of their Time to Talk initiative.
We had a really interesting session, talking not just about the menopause but a wide range of issues, not least what it is like to work in a male dominated environment. Many thanks to Jenni Stewart for having invited me and to James Colbourne the UK Services Director for being such a supportive male participant in the discussion.
