Last week I visited the Tesco distribution centre at Nursling to hear about their commitment to apprenticeships for HGV drivers, and some of the challenges currently being faced accessing accredited training. Tesco has worked hard to invest in its own workforce and is trying to meet the challenges of logistics and distribution by dramatically increasing the numbers training.
