It was a pleasure to speak at the inaugural Women in Work Summit in London, hosted by Mariella Frostrup and Dr Nighat Arif.
Women over 50 are the fastest growing demographic in the employment market. We all have a massive amount to contribute, whilst at the same time as juggling caring responsibilities and looking to the future.
It was also an opportunity to catch up with some of the incredible Virtual Reality technology which is helping employers and employees alike.
