Last month in Parliament Caroline highlighted to the Minister for Women the need to make sure there were opportunities for women in executive roles and serving on boards. Recently Caroline spoke at the Women on Boards CIC event in the House of Lords alongside Baroness Verma.
Caroline said "There is still a great deal to do to make sure there is a pipeline of talent, that female founders have access to finance, that gender pay gaps and gender pension gaps are closed. There can be no doubt that we have made progress, but we need to keep the foot on the accelerator".
