Last week I met my constituent Kim Purkis who was in Parliament to talk about the work she does with her charity Face Everything and Rise. The charity supports people reliant on alternative nutrition or who live with a central line for various treatments (and their friends and family).
To mark 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence I met Surviving Economic Abuse, to hear about the work they have been doing over the last year. Their Survivor Forum, frontline partnerships and direct work reached over 58,000 people in 2022-3.
